ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.1075 of 2018 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and final report also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.645 of 2019. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed a criminal original petition in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18810 of 2019, before this Court to quash the same. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu, this criminal original petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4217 of 2019 dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
