ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction directing the respondents to take necessary steps to find out the petitioner's wife namely Sangeetha aged about 34 years relating to the case in Crime No. 234 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on a complaint lodged by the petitioner alleging that his wife is missing and on receipt of the same, the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No. 234 of 2018 under 'Women Missing'. On investigation, the second respondent found that, now, the petitioner's wife is residing in Bangalore with one Mahadevan.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to file final report, within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 4220 of 2019 Twelve Weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
