PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, directing the respondent no.4 to withdraw the case in Crime No.53 of 2019 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C on the file of respondent no.5 dated 07.02.2019 and entrust the same to the respondent no.3 for an investigation of the case by a competent officer and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, directing the respondent no.4 to withdraw the case in Crime No.53 of 2019 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C on the file of respondent no.5 dated 07.02.2019 and entrust the same to the respondent no.3 for an investigation of the case by a competent officer and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. In Crl.M.P(MD) No.1558 of 2020, the periodical time was extended by this Court to comply the order dated 21.03.2019 on the basis of the request made by the first respondent herein. Finally in Crl.M.PMD) No.11328 of 2021, two months time was granted to complete the investigation process. It is also expired. By this time, final report would have been filed by the respondent. On that ground, the matter has become infructuous and no more consideration is required in this matter.

3. With the above ground, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
