ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.91 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and to quash the same in so far as the Petitioner/Accused No.1 concerned.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the second respondent has registered a case under Section 145 of Cr.P.C and now the said proceedings has been dropped.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
