This writ petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 28.05.2020, 07.10.2021 and 15.03.2023 and disburse the entire compensation and its interest for the land in Survey No.614/4 measuring to an extent of 1100 sq.meter, Thovalai Village, Kanyakumari District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the compensation amount has already been disbursed to the petitioner in terms of the calculation memo. However, learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty for the petitioner to challenge the calculation memo.

4. Granting such liberty, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
