Prayer in W.P.(MD)No.17689 of 2014: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned charge memo issued by the first respondent in his proceedings in Government letter No.1827/H.L.1/2012-20 dated 28.10.2014 which was forwarded to the petitioner by the second respondent in his proceedings in ENDT/No.775/CON.3(2)/2012-23 dated 29.10.2014, quash the same.

Prayer in W.P.(MD)No.17690 of 2014: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned suspension order issued by the first respondent in his proceedings in G.O.(3D) No.30 dated 28.10.2014 which was forwarded to the petitioner by the second respondent in his proceedings in ENDT/No.775/CON.3(2)/2012-25 dated 29.10.2014, quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to retire on his date of superannuation ie., 31.10.2014 and to pay all service benefits and other consequential reliefs.
