ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection for the petitioner and her family members' life and limb based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2019.

2. The matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai and the Mediation and Conciliation Centre has filed a report stating that Mediation was completed, but no agreement was reached.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Civil Suit for partition filed by the third respondent and another is pending before the Sub Court, Devakottai.

4. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, both parties are directed to workout their remedies before the civil Court in accordance with law.
