Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the Co-Operative Tribunal Judge, Sivagangai to dispose of the C.M.A.(CS)No.13 of 2016 pending on his file within the time frame stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER:

This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the District Judge, Cooperative Tribunal, Sivagangai vide the letter in D.No.8017 of 2018 dated 29.11.2018 and none appeared for the petitioner, this Court made the following order: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

By order dated 24.07.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of CMA(CS)No.13 of 2016, within a period of four months the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.8017/2018, dated 29.11.2018, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 24.07.2018 made in this revision.

3.There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. 4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 24.07.2018.
