This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of the proceedings in F.C.O.P.No.70 of 2021 from the Family Court, Ariyalur to the Sub Court, Lalkudi, Trichy District. 1/3

2.Today(20.07.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent submit that pending this application, the dispute between the parties has been settled and now they are living together. Parties are also present before this Court. The settlement agreement has also been produced.

3.In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
