Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.SATHISH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent and of M/S.P.KALAIYARASI BHARATHI, Advocate for the Respondents 2 & 3, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory granted to the respondents 2 to 3 / petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD). No.763 of 2022, dated 12.01.2022 on the file of this Court.
2. This Court by order, dated 12.01.2022 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.763 of 2022, directing him to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate concerned. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5606 of 2022, dated 12.01.2022.
4. Since the petitioner has already granted anticipatory bail by this Court and that he has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.763 of 2022, dated 12.01.2022, the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent stands cancelled. The respondent police is directed to secure the accused.
