ORDER
This Criminal Revision Case has been filed seeking orders to set aside the judgment in C.A.No.20 of 2019, dated 03.02.2021 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul, confirming the judgment in C.C.No.83 of 2013, dated 03.01.2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District.
2. It is seen from the records that this revision was taken at National Lok Adalat and the parties have entered into a compromise and on that basis, a Lok Adalat award came to be passed on 14.12.2024.
3. In view of the settlement between the parties and consequent passing of the award, the judgment of conviction passed by the Courts below are hereby set aside and the accused is acquitted from the charges. 2/4
4. In the result, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed. The Lok Adalat award shall form part of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 28.01.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No VSD To 1.The Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul.
