ORDER
The petitioner is working as a Pharmacist in the Arasu Rubber Corporation Limited. He has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to approve the revised scale of pay to the petitioner from 01.08.2010, instead of 05.04.2022. 2.The scale of pay provided to the Pharmacists has been revised pursuant to the recommendation of one man commission, vide GO.Ms.No.62, Environment, Climates Change and Forest (ER.B) Department dated 05.04.2022. Paragraph No.7 of the said government order reads that this revised scale of pay would be applicable from the date of the government order ie., 05.04.2022. In view of this specific clause, this court is not inclined to grant the relief as prayed for. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above clause of the government order in the manner known to law. No costs.
