ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 2nd respondent to file Alternate First Information Report by removing petitioner's vehicle which bearing TN 67 L 9396 in connection with Cr.No.554 of 2013 dated 16.06.2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent and consequently, substitute with the correct vehicle number which bearing TN 59 BY 4644 and complete the investigation and file a final report in same within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.480 of 2019. Since the final report has been filed and the same was taken cognizance by the trial Court, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
