PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned District Munsif Court, Virudhunagar to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.149 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".

2.By order, dated 22.07.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.149 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.404/2025, dated 25.11.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order, dated 22.07.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 22.07.2024. 30.01.2026 cmr
