ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw this 2B and to file a fresh writ petition confining only with the first petitioner as the petitioner in the writ petition to be filed in this regard.

2.In view of the above submission, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, W.P(MD).SR24929 of 2020 is rejected at the SR stage itself.

3.Registry is directed to return the main case paper to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
