The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 10.07.2013 and 12.07.2013 and to direct the respondents to reopen the public toilet in the corner of Sathiyamoorthi, 6th street which was closed for renovation work in 2003. 2.The petitioner-Party in Person submits that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.07.2013, is directed to be disposed of by the first respondent within a stipulated time. 3.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.07.2013 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law.
