ORDER

The petitioner seeks to quash the final report in PRC.No.12 of 2023 dated 09.12.2020 on the file of the Additional Mahila court, Sivagangai District, which was filed for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 448, 323, 324, 506(ii), 379 and 294(b) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002 and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act.

2. The allegation in the final report is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant are neighbours; that on account of a dispute regarding bursting of crackers, petitioners trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant, caused damaged to a car, attacked the de-facto complainant and snatched her gold chain and thus, committed the aforesaid offences.

3. Since the impugned final report has already been quashed in its entirety in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5759 of 2025, filed by fifteen other accused, vide order dated 10.11.2025, no further orders are required in this quash petition.

4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above observations. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
