Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents nos.2 and 3 to provide the family pension eligible to the petitioner with effect from 01.01.2015 onwards continuously within the time stipulated by this Honble Court For Petitioner : Mr.S.Rajasekar For R1 : Mr.D.Ghandiraj, Government Advocate For R2 & 3 : Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan Standing Counsel 1/3

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders passed by this Court dated 21.09.2020 made in W.P.(MD) No.12186 of 2020.

2. When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent has filed a compliance report whereby, the proceedings dated 27.07.2021 issued by the 1st respondent has been produced and the consequential order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 31.08.2021 has also been produced. By relying upon the same, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that the orders of this Court has been complied with.

3. The said position has not been controverted and in fact, fairly accepted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, as the orders passed by this Court dated 21.09.2020 made the said Writ Petition having been complied with, this Court feels that no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition.

5.Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
