ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 20.09.2023 in W.P(MD)No.22863 of 2023 by the respondents.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that considering the order passed by this Court dated 20.09.2023, the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2023, was considered and the same was rejected by proceedings dated 19.08.2025.

3.In view of the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same.
