Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying this Hon`ble Court to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order passed in I.A.no.175 of 2014 in Pr.O.P.No.4 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Madurai dated 22.9.2017.

ORDER: This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Madurai vide the letter in D.No.5721 of 2018 dated 01.06.2018, upon hearing Mr. V.P.RAJAN, Advocate for the Petitioner, this court made the following order: This petition has been listed today for extension of time for disposing the petition in Pr.O.P.No.4 of 2014, pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Madurai.

2. This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 13.02.2018, directing the trial Court to dispose of Pr.O.P.No.4 of 2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the trial Court seeks further more time for disposing the petition. Hence, the matter is listed today.

3. Considering the averments made by the Court below, this Court is inclined to extend time further.

4. Accordingly, the time for disposing the Pr.O.P.No.4 of 2014, is extended for a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, finally, no further extension will be given.
