This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.31 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
