The petitioners have filed this petition, seeking to quash the proceedings in charge sheet in C.C.No.133 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam, 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that all the eye witnesses are blood relatives and the respondent police has delayed to registered the FIR.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent.

4. Though the petitioners have raised several grounds, this Court is of 2/4

the opinion that it can be appreciated only during the trial. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to raise all these grounds before the trial Court, during trial. The trial Court is also directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months.
