Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner wants release of the petition mentioned vehicle.
3.When the matter was taken up for disposal, the learned Government Advocate submitted that in this case Crime No.536 of 2020 has been registered by the fourth respondent and the vehicle has also been produced before the jurisdictional Court, vide R.P.R.No.40 of 2020.
