ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent to find out the petitioner's daughter namely Porisia W/o. Anthony Suthan aged about 24 years within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on a complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No. 380 of 2017 for the offence under Section 'Women missing' and on investigation find out that the daughter of the petitioner who already got married one Anthony Suthan, eloped with one Vijay and whereabouts not known.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to file final report, within a period of Twelve Weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
