This petition is filed seeking quashment of First Information Report in Crime No.68 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police insofar as the petitioner is concerned. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam, on 19.06.2021 and RCS notice was also served upon the petitioner.

3.Since the final report has been filed before the concerned magistrate, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition and the petition become infructuous. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
