ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(11)B and Section 25, 29 of NDPS Act 1985 in Crime No.10 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), submitted that a cse in Cr.No.10 of 2016 on the file of the Ervadi Tharka Police Station, Ramanathapuram has been transferred to NIB-CID, Ramanathapuram by the order of the superintendent of police, Ramanathapuram District, dated 03.02.2016.
