O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/IVth Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai, to dispose of the M.C.O.P.No.237 of 2013.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed the M.C.O.P.No.237 of 2013 before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/IVth Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai in the year 2013 and the first respondent remained exparte and the second respondent filed his statement of objection as early as in the year 2015 itself. He would further submit that due to the accident, the petitioner has sustained grievous injuries and the matter has been adjourned periodically without commencing the trial and therefore, the petitioner has come forward to file the Civil Revision Petition before this Court for early disposal of the M.C.O.P.No.237 of 2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Since the revision petition itself is for early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the matter is pending from 2013 onwards, the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/IVth Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai is directed to dispose of the M.C.O.P.No.237 of 2013, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
