This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 27.12.2018 in CSR No.832 of 2018, on the file of the second respondent to any other competent authority 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.133 of 2019 was registered against the accused persons, namely, Sankar, Chellathai and Alagudurai, for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC on 07.04.2019 by the second respondent.
