ORDER

This Petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent to give police protection to the petitioner life and limb, on the basis of the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.02.2023.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint, enquired was conducted and the same was closed as "civil in nature".

3. In view thereof, if and when any fresh threat is made, giving liberty to the petitioner, to bring it to the notice of the respondent police or to the concerned Court, before which the case is pending.
