Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- It is seen that it is the case of the year 1983. After completing the investigation, the respondent police has filed a final report in P.R.C.No.8 of 1985 before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai.The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai has issued Non Bailable Warrant against this petitioner.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he was forced to settle down in Mumbai and he did not know about the facts of this case. 3.Be that as it may, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and to file a petition for recalling the Non Bailable Warrant, which shall be considered on merits on the same day. In the event of the

learned Magistrate recalling the warrant, the petitioners shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties and the same shall be received by the learned Magistrate under Section 88 Cr.P.C.
