O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No. 427 of 2018, on the file of third respondent and transfer the case to the second respondent or to any other competent investigation agency.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.427 of 2018, for the offences under Sections 279 and 337 of I.P.C. Thereafter, the victim died as such the offence altered into 304(A) I.P.C. it is a case of deterrent and till today the offender and offending vehicle could not traceable and therefore, they treated as undetectable one.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.437 of 2019 4.Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to collect all the details, about the suspicious person in respect of accident of his son, before the third respondent. On receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the same, and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
