This petition has been filed seeking quashment of the order passed by the 1st respondent in E.M.C.No.120/2018, dated 31.12.2018. 2.Now due to efflux of time, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. However, if any proceedings is initiated by the authority in future, the petitioners are at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 3.With the above liberty, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
