This petition has been filed seeking quashment of the proceedings in M.C.No.1945/2019 on the file of the 1st respondent, dated 18.03.2019.

However, if any proceedings is initiated by the authority in future, the petitioners are at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 3.With the above liberty, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
