Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to appoint the petitioner as District Project Officer under the scheme, namely Chief Minister's Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2015 in the light of proceedings issued by the second respondent by his office proceedings in Na.Ka.No.35280/2015/M6 dated 10.08.2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
Seeking a direction to the first respondent to appoint the petitioner as District Project Officer by considering his representation, dated 25.07.2015, in the light of proceedings issued by the second respondent, dated 10.08.2015, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Though the prayer is for a larger relief, the learned counsel
appearing for the petitioner confines his prayer to the effect that the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.07.2015 be considered on merits. He has also pointed out that the project is still going on.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits.
5.In such view of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 25.07.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
