It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.03.2015.

2.No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and the complaint has been closed.

4.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of closure report to the petitioner, if not furnished already and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, based on the closure report.
