ORDER

The revision petitioner filed a plaint bearing S.R.No.689 of 2017 before the Principal Sub Court, Nagercoil. It is a suit for payment of money. Necessary Court fee has been remitted. But the plaint has been returned on the ground that the document referred to in the list of documents was not enclosed while re-presentation. The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff has made an endorsement that they have been misplaced.

2. Be that as it may. The Court below can very well number the suit and decide these issues later, after the defendants enter appearance.

3. This Court is of the view that the plaint need not be kept unnumbered for this reason. The Civil Revision Petition, therefore, is allowed. No costs.

4. The Registry is directed to return the original plaint to the revision petitioner for re-presentation before concerned Court within a period of four weeks.
