ORDER

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking quashment of F.I.R., in Crime No.614 of 2015, on the file of the first respondent Police, in respect of him alone.

2. Heard Mr.A.Haja Mohideen, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Prabha, leraned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police.

3. On reading of the F.I.R., it is seen that the accused in this case, claiming themselves to be closed to the Personal Assistant to the Agricultural Minister, issued bogus appointment orders to the de facto complainant and others. The petitioner herein is the owner of a Xerox Shop, where the bogus appointment orders were prepared.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and based on the confession statement of the first accused, the petitioner herein has been implicated in this case.

5. It is seen that the investigation is at a very preliminary stage and it is too premature to close the F.I.R., as there are several prima

facie materials to show the involvement of the petitioner in this case.

6. In the result, this criminal original petition is dismissed as devoid of merits. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
