2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this amendment petition is ordered and time for surrender and execution of sureties is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
