ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the case in M.C. No. 20 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, sankarankovil to learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as Senior Scientist in Bangalore and hence, it is very difficult to appear before the trial Court in every hearing dates. If the case is transferred to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai it is very easy to reach Madurai and return back to Banglore, by air.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court finds no distance between the Sankarankovil to Madurai and hence, this Court is not inclined to transfer the case from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai. Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 4417 of 2019 the petitioner is dispensed with, except the dates on which, the trial Judge insisted the petitioner for his appearance. Since the case is of the year 2014, the trial Court is directed to complete the proceedings, within a period of Six Months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
