... 3rd RESPONDENT/3rd DEFENDANT IN CRP(MD)No.2526/2017 COMMON PRAYER : These Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying this Hon'ble Court to direct the District Munsif Court, Thanjavur to expedite the Trial in O.S.No.41 of 2008, O.S.No.369 of 2008 and O.S.No.48 of 2009 respectively, within time frame as may be fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER : These petitions are coming for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 21.12.2017 and the letter received from the District Munsif, Thanjavur, in D.No.199/2018 dated 23.04.2018, seeking Extension of time, in the presence of Mr.G.KARNAN, Advocate for the petitioner, this court made the following order:- The petitions have been listed today for extension of time for disposing O.S.Nos. 41 of 2008, 369 of 2008 and 48 of 2009. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 21.12.2017, by directing the trial Court to

dispose of the said suits as expeditiously as possible in any event before 30.04.2018.

3. Now, the trial Court seeks further time for disposing the suits. Hence, the matter was listed today.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further three months time is granted to the trial Court for disposal of the above suits. The learned District Munsif, Thanjavur, shall keep in mind the attitude of the parties and conduct the suits on day-to-day basis without giving adjournment to either parties and dispose of the suits within the prescribed time and report this court within a period of 10 days after passing judgment in the above petitions. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted on any ground.
