ORDER
When the matter was called on 07.07.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed to-day i.e., on 28.07.2021, under the caption 'for dismissal'.
2.On 07.07.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the grievances of the petitioner was only against the then Deputy Superintendent of Police, Melur. Now, the concerned Officer has been transferred and new Officer has taken on charge. 3.Today also, when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for default. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
