ORDER
This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.19/2018 on the file of the first respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the investigation is completed and final report was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyoor on 24.12.2020.
3. Since final report has been filed before the concerned Court, this matter has become infructuous. There shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyoor to process the final report that has been presented by the respondent Polcie as early as on 24.12.2020 within the time stipulated as per rules. After completion of formalities, compliance report shall be filed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4421 of 2019 before the Registry. If the second respondent is aggrieved by the contents of the final report, she is at liberty to work out her remedy before appropriate Court. With the above direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
