2. Today (i.e.,06.01.2022) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. Permission is granted. 3.In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
