Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal petition representation dated 12.04.2022 and to cancel the illegal forged release deed vide Document No.7687/2018, dated 05.12.2018 within the stipulated time period fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks early disposal of the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner on 12.04.2022 seeking for cancellation of a release deed dated 05.12.2018 registered as Document No.7687/18, which according to him is a fraudulent document.

2.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner is disposed of by the first respondent expeditiously.

3.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal dated 12.04.2022 within a period of three [3] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 17 and any other necessary party, whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
