Respondent/ Complainant / Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS r/w 483(i)(b) of BNSS, to modify the order in so far as the condition stipulated in Cr.M.P.No.671 of 2025, on the file of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Peravurani, dated 04.03.2025 and the imposition of condition No.1 to the petitioner/accused shall execute own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- like two blood sureties with same value. The sureties should provide their photo copy with accused in family photo with name and address, issued by any one recognized Government authority identification card.

ORDER

This Petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS r/w 483(i)(b) of BNSS praying to modify the order in so far as the condition stipulated in Cr.M.P.No.671 of 2025, on the file of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Peravurani, dated 04.03.2025 and the imposition of condition No.1 to the petitioner/accused shall execute own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- like two blood sureties with same value. The sureties should provide their photo copy with accused in family photo with name and address, issued by any one recognized Government authority identification card.

2. Mr.R.Vijayaragavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no blood relative. In the said circumstance, the learned counsel prays to modify the condition No.7 (i) of the order passed by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Peravurani, in Crl.M.P.No.671 of 2025 dated 04.03.2025.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has no objection to modify the condition imposed by the Court below.

4. Being satisfied with the reason stated in the petition, this Court is inclined to modify Condition No.7 (i) of the bail order in Crl.M.P.No.671 of 2025 dated 04.03.2025 passed by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, 2/4

Peravurani, as follows:

"The petitioner / accused shall execute own bond for sum of Rs.10,000/- like two sureties with same value."

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The other conditions shall hold good.
