RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the 2nd Respondent not to harass the Petitioner herein by way of interfering in the money dispute in the guise of enquiry and pursuant to the Representations of the Petitioner dated 20.05.2017 and 19.03.2019.

ORDER: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.MUTHUSAMUNDEESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for R1,R2, and of Mr.L.M.VIJAI BOOMINATHAN, Advocate for R3 and R4, the court made the following order:- There appears some money transaction between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4. The complaint given by the private respondents to the police which according to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is being preliminarily enquired into. The respondents 3 and 4 now appeared through Mr.L.M.Vijai Boominathan, learned counsel.

2. Both sides evince an interest to resolve the outstanding dispute through mediation. Accordingly, this matter is referred to Mediation and Conciliation centre attached to this Bench on 03.04.2019 at 03.00 p.m.

3. Both the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation centre attached to this Bench on 03.04.2019 at 03.00 p.m.
