ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 452, 506(ii) I.P.C and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act and Section 4 of Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.81 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent. 3.The occurrence in question had taken place because the defacto complainant did not offer his hand of his daughter for marriage alliance. Therefore, the house of the defacto complainant had been ransacked, worth about Rs.1,50,000/-. 4.Since safety of women is involved, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
