Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehended arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C., in Crime No.Not Known of 2016, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard Mr.J.Lawrance, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that on 23.02.2016 when the matter came up for hearing, it was represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that petition enquiry was pending and hence this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that he should report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that the respondent Police, after conducting enquiry, has registered a regular case, in Crime No.32 of 2016, on the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant, under Sections 406, 420, 448, 468, 471, 294(b) and 506(i) I.P.C.

5. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is closed with

liberty to the petitioner to file fresh anticipatory bail application by giving the Crime No.32of 2016. sd/- 08/03/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
