PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records and quash the proceedings of the FIR in Crime No.777 of 2016 dated 08.11.2016 on the file of the first respondent.

O R D E R

This petition is filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings of the FIR in Crime No.777 of 2016 dated 08.11.2016 on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit there was a dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent herein, with regard to the business transaction. So, on that basis, second respondent appeared before the first respondent and given a complaint, based upon which, enquiry was undertaken by the first respondent.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that based upon the compliant given by the second respondent, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of the enquiry, the matter has been settled between the parties and the second respondent has given a statement that no further action is required on his complaint. On that basis, it was closed and RCS notice was served to the petitioner.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4454 of 2019 4.Since the dispute between the parties was compromised and second respondent has given a statement that no further action is required, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
