ORDER
Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to survey the petitioner's property admeasuring 13 cents at S.No.933/7A, at present S.No.933/7A2, of Padiyur Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District with police protection 1/3
provide by the 4th respondent within a stipulated period.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that it would be suffice if a direction is given to the official respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner.
5. The learned standing counsel appearing for the official respondents would state that the representation of the petitioner would be disposed of within a time frame.
6. Considering the limited relief sought for, without adverting to the merits of the case, the official respondents are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.12.2020, after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner as well as the 5th respondent, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
